To cancel your liveedit or IINSite account, please submit the below Cancellation Request Form.
We do not accept cancellation requests by phone.
We do not offer the option to freeze or pause subscription payments on an account. To keep your website hosted on our platform, an active monthly subscription is required.
We do not pre-dated or post-dated cancellation requests. If we receive your request during our normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm CST), your site will be turned off the same day. Requests received outside business hours will be processed the next business day.
We do not prorate our monthly fees upon cancellations.
No refunds are given once payment is made on a subscription.
Once the cancellation request is processed, you will no longer be able to view or access your website account. Please save any text and images you wish to keep before submitting your cancellation request.
We do not guarantee that your website will be available for reactivation anytime after you have requested cancellation or stopped payment on your account. We may delete all the information on your website after the cancellation request. Additional fees may apply to re-activate your account and/or any services following any cancellation.
Any remaining fees or payments on contracted design work will be charged at the time of cancellation.
